Workspace Settings
Administer the current workspace — its identity, members, digest, and API access. Settings > Workspace.
General
Settings > Workspace > General
- Workspace name, logo, and website
- Danger Zone — permanent workspace deletion (irreversible)
The website is also editable under Knowledge > Workspace in the app.
Members
Settings > Workspace > Members
- Invite by email with an Admin or User role
- Change roles or remove members
- Revoke pending invites
Invitees accept from Personal Info or the invitation email.
Daily Digest
Settings > Workspace > Daily Digest — workspace-wide digest settings for Today.
- Default instructions — how the workspace digest is generated
- Generate — a manual 24-hour report (in-app only, not emailed)
- Delivery time — email schedule (local timezone)
- Email recipients — all members or role defaults
- Slack channel — requires Slack connected under Integrations
Individual members can opt out of the digest email under Preferences.
API Keys
Settings > Workspace > API Keys
Create workspace-scoped keys for MCP Integration. Copy the key at creation — it cannot be retrieved later. Delete and recreate if you lose it.
